Partial Remote- Inside Mortgage Loan Officer - Greater Philadelphia MarketThis position will be onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ 2-3 days a week. Job Responsibilities:Conduct thorough interviews with potential borrowers to assess their financial goals and determine the best loan products for their needs.Collect and analyze financial data, including credit reports, income verification, and asset documentation, to determine loan eligibility.Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate a smooth and timely loan closing process.Help maintain the relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate ongoing business opportunities.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in loan programs and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, preferably with a focus on the Philadelphia market with Inside sales experience. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan guidelines, and industry regulations. Proven track record of success in generating and closing mortgage loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of leads. Proficiency in mortgage loan origination software and other relevant tools like daily CRM production management Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license Benefits:Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure.
