The Product Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing product content, as well as optimizing it for search engines and user experience. The ideal candidate will build outstanding knowledge of our products, possess excellent communication skills, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.    What you will do:
  • Create and publish new product listings, ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal requirements.
  • Edit, update, and improve existing products.
  • Work closely with Catalog Managers to make updates and improvements to product details.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to website product data. 
  • Work with the in-house PIM system to ensuring data accuracy.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of our product line.
  • Researching product information including specifications, images, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and photographers to implement best practices for product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Moderate user-generated content, including product reviews and Q&A, and adapt product content based on trends and feedback.
  • Responding to customer inquiries about products in timely matter.
  • Conduct regular website audits to ensure catalog completeness, accuracy, and shopability.
  • Use analytics tools to measure content performance and identify areas for improvement.

  What we need:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product data management, data governance, or eCommerce merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise eCommerce platforms; Magento/Adobe Commerce preferred.
  • Experience working with high SKU counts and managing product catalogs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to build a long-term relationship with the company.
