Specific Responsibilities Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Supervising, mentoring, and directing Production Supervisors Participating in plant safety, health and environmental programs and ensuring a safe working environment.

Supporting the development and deployment of the Dexter Operating System (DOS) Supporting the systems to report Key Process Indicators (KPI’s), conducting the standard meetings and driving the identification of abnormalities, discovering root causes and problem solving to present recurrence Managing production schedules to achieve 100% customer satisfaction Maintaining labor performance objectives Ensuring quality procedures are followed and achieving 100% on time delivery Performing other tasks, duties or special projects as directed Supervisory Responsibilities Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or a comparable discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Lean and continuous improvement experience is required Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in a similar size manufacturing site Qualified candidate must have experience in all phases of manufacturing operations and production scheduling, including maintaining and controlling direct and indirect labor budgets Must be a team player, goal oriented, and be self-motivated Computer skills are a must *** Dexter is driven by our core values committed to Safety, Quality and Integrity: ** *- Execute with Determination - Be curious, work together, break new ground, find solutions, fulfill our commitments, surpass expectations Connect with People – Empower employees to grow, engage and collaborate; build lasting customer partnerships; care for our communities.
