You also might be responsible for (once licensed) advising clients about their financial needs, objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend the appropriate financial strategy, which can include but is not limited to their investments, taxes, college savings accounts, insurance and retirement. All such recommendations will be approved by the tenured Financial Advisor you team up with.Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for helping others turn life’s aspirations into financial realities and possess a service and detail-oriented mindset. They will enjoy building relationships, shaping unique solutions, and being active in their local community.This position is based in Viera, FL. Responsibilities: Build referral pipelines and develop strong partnerships to help develop and grow client relationshipsPrepare recommendations for financial solutions to clients based on their specific individual needsProvide financial planning support to clients using LPL PlatformsAnalyze financial data received from clients to develop strategies to meet their goalsRecommend investment products and services that are suitable to the clientReview client accounts on a regular basisContact clients regularly to review portfolio and make any necessary recommendationsAbility to prepare all appropriate forms and documents for customer accountsDevelop, institute and maintain programs relating to new business development and sales promotionsHandle customer inquiries and issuesTake and execute trade ordersExecute customer mailing campaigns, seminars, and other sales generating ideasProvide general administrative supportMaintain accurate client filesAdhere to all Compliance and Legal requirementsSchedule appointments and prepare for meetingsWhat are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Requirements:Series 7Series 66 or ability to obtain within 120 daysLife/Health/Variable Annuity License or ability to obtain within 120 daysPreferences:1+ years of previous sales experienceStrong time management skillsPossess superior quantitative and analytical skillsAbility to work independently or in a group setting with minimal to no supervisionKnowledge of the financial marketsDemonstrate good sound judgmentProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferredEffective Oral/Written Communication, Adaptability, Initiative, and Customer ServiceExcellent Interpersonal Skills - Ability to connect with customers, clients, and coworkers.#LPL-PAPay Range: -/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
