Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping CoordinatorEssential function of the job: Schedules room assignments to be done daily, details preferences and sections for room & house attendants. Will follow up on all guest requests to ensure completion to be sure work is completed. Will have strong communications skills to interact with Front Office and Engineering departmentsCreates and prioritizes daily assignments, following opening and closing procedures for department as primary housekeeping contact for the shift.Monitors the performance of House Attendants and Lobby Attendants Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors and in public areas of hotelComplies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPactWorks harmoniously and professionally with co-workersNeeds the ability to work independently without constant supervisionKnowledge and Skills:Education: College degreeExperience: 1-2 years luxury hotel housekeeping preferredSkills and Abilities: Ability to read, write and speak English.
