Immediate opportunity for a Experienced Parts Associate to become part of the Bill Cole family of dealerships.Candidate must be motivated, reliable and have the ability to deal with customers face to face and have great phone skills to sell and identify correct parts. Duties: Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Provides high level of service to internal and external customers. Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special order parts have been received. Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
