As a Territory Manager (TM), you will be responsible for business development which includes the responsibility of increasing revenue through referrals gained by creating and maintaining customer relationships with referral sources in the assigned territory.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Business Development, the Territory Manager is responsible for all outreach activities including, but not limited to developing and executing a growth plan for the territory, maintaining frequent contact with key accounts, and planning and organizing community events. You will promote Bradford's programs and services through interaction with healthcare providers, business professionals, legal professionals, municipalities, and community leaders through face-to-face, telephone, electronic, and presentation efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Create new and maintain existing accountsConduct outside sales calls through cold-calling or scheduled appointmentsMaintain an appropriate frequency of contact with key accountsDevise effective territory sales and marketing strategiesResponsible for net revenue growth in defined geography as compared to the prior yearAnalyze data to find the most efficient sales methodsMeet with customers to address concerns and provide solutionsDiscover sales opportunities through consumer researchPresent products and services to prospective customersParticipate in industry or promotional events (e.g. conferences, industry events, and or trade shows) to cultivate customer relationshipsFacilitate relevant training for various audiences concerning substance abuse and related topicsAssess sales performance according to KPIsMonitor competition within the assigned regionPrepare and submit reports to the Regional Director of Business DevelopmentMeets key performance measurements including, but not limited to averaging 5 quality face-to-face calls per day (25 average weekly) at a minimumContinually adapt growth plan and strategyPromote the entire portfolio of Bradford programs and servicesUtilize all avenues for customer contact including electronic platformsLogs contact and sales tracking information into Bradford's CRM system dailyImplements communication between facility staff and referral resourcesAssures the visibility of the organization within the alcoholism/substance abuse and other referral communitiesActs as a mediator for communication problems between the facility and the publicAssists and supports community programs developed for Bradford's alumniParticipates in Quality Improvement and committee activities as assigned.Other duties as assigned or reassigned by managementRequired Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years experience in outside sales with documented resultsExperience in the healthcare industry preferredAbility to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsProven experience as a Territory Manager or other type of Outside Sales Representative positionProven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferredProficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plusFamiliarity with the addiction/recovery treatment field, including 12-step programsDemonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) skills requiredStrong presentation skillsComfortable working with the publicOrganizational and leadership abilityRegular attendance; including conference calls and onsite meetings, as necessaryMaintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality, including a working knowledge of 45 CFR "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act" and 42 C.F.R. Part 2 "Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records" with respect to patient and potential patient identifying information and health information. This position has unrestricted access to identifying information and health information concerning patients, potential patients, and participantsEducation:
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred with a concentration in nursing, social work, and social sciencesPhysical Requirements:
