Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment resultsCollect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plansMonitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomesSupervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video callsCreate specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior changeClinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basisConduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environmentsMaintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staffEnsure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standardsMaintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:Master’s degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMust be willing to obtain LBA in VAExperience providing services to individuals with ASD Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Attributes:Prioritize the care of clients and their families in all treatment and practicesAble to work independently and collaboratively within a teamEffective written and oral communication skills to promote quality careCommitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality
