Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishe Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Provide an engaging customer experience MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSLead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
