Insurance experience is a BONUS.Candidate must have a High School Diploma or College Degree.Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations with empathy.Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
