With a reputation built on trust, precision, and exceptional project delivery, they serve a mix commercial, multi-family and industrial.  Your Role as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator: As a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal part in project success by: Developing detailed and competitive estimates for large-scale commercial roofing projects Collaborating with team and clients to deliver winning bids Reviewing contract documents for accuracy, risk, and scope clarity ✍️ Managing your client's submittals, change orders, and closeouts with excellence What We’re Looking For in a Commercial Roofing Estimator: ✔️ 5+ years of proven success as a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator ✔️ Deep understanding of systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, and Metal ✔️ Ability to interpret specs, code requirements, and blueprints ✔️ Skilled in The Edge, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office Suite ✔️ Excellent time management, organization, and communication What’s in It for You?
