The Role: We are seeking an exceptionally vigilant and professional Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. While engaging with customers is part of the role, a major focus of this position will be on maintaining a safe, secure, and highly-present environment on the sales floor. You will be critical in allowing our team to focus on personalized selling and management duties by acting as the eyes and ears of the store. Primary Responsibilities Include: Creating a Welcoming but Strong Presence: Actively circulate the sales floor, maintaining a strong, professional, and attentive demeanor to enhance the overall security and customer experience. High-Level Observation: Use exceptional observational skills to monitor the sales floor, customers, and high-value displays constantly. Asset Protection Support: Serve as a key resource in deterring potential loss by being highly visible and aware. Customer Engagement: Warmly greet all customers upon entry and offer general assistance, demonstrating a commitment to world-class service. Immediate Escalation: Promptly communicate any suspicious activities or security concerns directly to the asset protection and management team. Maintaining Store Standards: Assist with general store upkeep, merchandising, and organization as needed.
