This role requires independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to proactively resolve planning challenges.Responsibilities:• Develop and optimize detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts.• Analyze capacity constraints and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to minimize material shortages and delays.• Identify risks in the production plan and propose solutions.• Participate in daily tier meetings with production to ensure production delays are minimized.• Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory levels, and on-time delivery. Develop solutions to ensure KPIs are met.• Participate in process improvement projects related to planning and scheduling.• Coordinate with senior planners with NPI work to ensure OEM production is minimally impacted.• Provide mentorship and training to Planner I team members.
