Airy, Pilot Mountain is a restoration and reconstruction company serving NC and VA. We are looking for skilled individual carpenters to join our in-house rebuild team. This is a direct-hire role, not a subcontractor position.  Job Duties  Perform painting and drywall services  Follow project plans, blueprints, and 2021 Virginia Residential Code and North Carolina Building code Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Handle tools and equipment with care Occasionally assist with demolition and material handling      Requirements   Minimum 2 years carpentry experience (framing or finish) Reliable transportation to job sites in the Mount Airy NC, Galax VA, or Wytheville VA areas Ability to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and safety Must pass a background check and drug screening      We Offer   Weekly pay (W2) Overtime after 40 hours Steady year-round work Paid training & safety gear provided Advancement opportunities within SERVPRO Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
