POSITION SUMMARY - Warehouse Worker - Production: Performs general adhesive activator and equipment production tasks under the direction of the operations manager.  Achieves efficient production in accordance with the schedule and production goals. Essential Functions: Responsible for activator production and adhesive modification.Responsible for accurately adhering to written production recipes. Responsible to adhere and pulling raw materials in accordance with system-generated documents. Responsible for maintaining and cleaning test equipment used for viscosity, pH, solids, and refraction testing.Responsible for receiving raw materials, ensuring lot numbers are clearly displayed on all products, records storage locations, and turning in storage documents.Daily cleaning of the production area, sweeping, equipment cleaning, taking out trash, and disposal of waste as requiredResponsible for weekly maintenance, cleaning, and organization of production equipment and area to include but not limited to:Production equipment, stand, and vessel.RO system salt and filter replacement, as needed.Connection equipment, pumps and replacing worn parts as needed.Ensure material is stored and labeled. General organization of all materials. Equipment is clean, operational, and ready for use.Equipment: Rebuilds pumps and remediates faulty equipment in accordance with the quality tag.  Rebuilds spray gun equipment as required.Organizes the pump area, part bins are labeled, storage area clearly follows in progress workflow. Quality: Verifies all information on produced material, matches paperwork before completion.Follows corrective action for quality issues as listed on the recipes and seeks guidance from the operations manager as needed. Responsible for performing quality tests on produced goods.Responsible for ensuring all produced or modified material quality test results are recorded in the quality system at the end of the production day. Warehouse:Stage produced material for storage in the warehouse and put material away at locations near the production area, to not interfere with warehouse traffic.Pull other material as required if it could not be pre pulled to not delay production.Required to cross-train, to maintain a working knowledge of order fulfillment.Notify truck drivers where to stage in the early hours prior to warehouse workers’ arrivals.Experience/Education:Education: HSD RequiredExperience: 3 plus years of experience in a Warehouse/Manufacturing Distribution SystemsComputer Skills: Moderate Computer Literacy.  Ability to operate procurement systems and inventory control systems. Other Requirements: Technical Reading Skills and Distribution Systems experience.  Work Schedule: Work schedule typically is M-F, 8 am – 5 pm, subject to change based on operational need, with appropriate notice.  Compensation/Benefits:Pay starts at $19/hr. and goes up based on experience.Premium benefits on day one with a significant employer contribution.401K plan with employer match.Generous holiday and PTO accrual day one.Many more employee-focused benefits.Intentionally positive and supportive work environment. Saba North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
