You’ll lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, foster curiosity, and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum.Schedule Options:Full-Time, Monday–FridayFlexible shifts available: 4x10 hour days or 5x8 hour daysWhat You’ll Do:Provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environmentPlan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally sound lesson plansSupport kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculumCreate a clean, organized, and stimulating classroomFoster open communication and strong relationships with familiesCollaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional workplaceMaintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvementAttend all required in-service trainingsMaintain CPR and First Aid certificationWhat We’re Looking For:We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and warmth to their work with children and families.
