DescriptionNorthwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Woodstock, IL, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care and manage a wide range of chronic diseases, complex conditions, and specialized care for adult patients. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment that maintains work-life balance. The ideal candidate values high-quality care and building strong patient relationships in a clinic-based environment.Highlights:Join a team of 5 Internal Medicine ProvidersCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionalsClinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible scheduleCall responsibilities: Q7, 1 night per week and weekend call rotatedStandard primary care equipment and onsite lab servicesAdvance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant supportMultispecialty clinic within NM Woodstock Hospital campusHospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock HospitalsEPIC electronic health systemIn 2024-2025, News and World Report ranked McHenry Hospital, Woodstock Hospital, and Huntley Hospital as No. 12 in the Chicago Metro Area and No. 13 (tie) in Illinois.QualificationsMedical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institutionBoard-eligible or certified in Internal MedicineValid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
