High Rise Window Cleaner with Experience- Limpiador de Ventanas de Gran Altura con ExperienciaPosition Summary: Contract Services Group is looking for an energetic and highly motivated High Rise Window Cleaner with experience to hire to join our team. Compensation Range: $27.00-$30.00 per Hour$1,000 New Hired Bonus Payable After 90 day . Subject to terms and conditions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Window Cleaner:Clean windows (Exterior and Interior)Work using ladders, tucker poles, and squeegeesAttend mandatory safety meetingsLearn proper usage of rope descending systems (RDA)Clean glass and windows using appropriate techniques, equipment, and cleaning productsPerform ladder work (extensions ladders), stage, boom lift. etc.Pressure wash windows at both ground level and heightsUse necessary systems applicable to the job including rack & bar, fall arrest equipment, mobile lifts, suspended Scaffolding, transportable ground rigged suspended scaffolding, and personal fall arrest systems (anchorages).Knowledge and Requirements:Knowledge of Cal-OSHA regulationsKnowledge of  ANSI/IWCA I-14.1 Window Cleaning Safety StandardsMust be able to lift weights up to 50 lbsMust have a clean driving recordReal ID, or the ability to obtain one prior to your start date, as it is required to access work locationPhysical Demands/Environmental Factors:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
