Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Advance Specialty Care North, Inc.is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team.The LVN provides direct patient care, administers treatments, and supports physicians and RNs to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare About Us At Advance Specialty Care North, Inc., we’re committed to providing high-quality, individualized care to every patient we serve.Our team of healthcare professionals works collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes and a positive experience for our patients and their families. Responsibilities 1 on 1 Care G-tube, ventilator and tracheostomy patient, Adult SHIFT: Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Assist with examinations, procedures, and patient education Support patients and families by addressing concerns and explaining care plans Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Uphold all infection control, safety, and quality standards Qualifications Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California Current BLS/CPR certification (required) Tracheostomy and Ventilator certified 1+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented Benefits Advance Specialty Care North, Inc.is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic as defined by applicable law.
