Event/Concert Security-North CountySummary:We are seeking professional, reliable, and experienced individuals to join our Security Events Team. This elite group is responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of high-attendance venues, festivals, concerts, sporting events, and large-scale public gatherings. Candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain composure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Core Responsibilities:Baggage Screening: Conduct thorough bag checks and screenings at all designated entry points using proper protocols and tactful communicationPerimeter Patrol: Monitor and secure the venue perimeter, reporting any suspicious activity or breaches in access controlFront Stage Posts: Maintain a high-visibility presence at front-of-stage areas, controlling crowd surges and ensuring the safety of both performers and attendeesRoving Patrols: Perform regular interior and exterior roving patrols, remaining alert and responsive to incidents or changes in crowd behaviorAccess Control: Validate tickets, credentials, and ensure proper access to restricted zonesIncident Response: Quickly respond to medical emergencies, disturbances, or evacuation procedures in collaboration with venue staff and public safety teamsCustomer Service: Provide directions, information, and assistance to patrons while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanorPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in event or venue security strongly preferredFamiliarity with crowd management and emergency response protocolsValid security guard cardStrong communication and conflict de-escalation skillsAbility to stand, walk, and remain on foot for extended periodsAvailable to work nights, weekends, extended hour and holidays as required by event schedulesOur Commitment:At every event, our team stands as the first and last line of safety—visible, vigilant, and steadfast.  We don’t just work events—we protect experiences.Join us—Where the crowd roars, we stand strong.Allstate Security provides professional security services throughout California – from San Francisco down to Los Angeles, and continuing all the way through our headquarters area in San Diego, CA.
