Buffalo Wild Wings GO – Shift ManagerPosition SummaryThe Shift Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts while ensuring excellent guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. This role serves as the on-duty leader, supporting daily execution, coaching team members, and maintaining Buffalo Wild Wings brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise all restaurant operations during assigned shiftsEnsure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding guest serviceManage team member performance, including direction, coaching, and accountabilityOversee food preparation, cooking, and execution in accordance with brand standardsEnsure all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently metComplete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and system checksMonitor and control labor deployment to meet business needsAssist with inventory management, stocking, and waste controlAddress guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real timeEnsure employee meals and purchases are properly rung in and trackedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentExecute directives, tasks, and initiatives as assigned by upper managementQualificationsPrevious restaurant or quick-service leadership experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe preferred)Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasksFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWhat We OfferCompetitive pay with growth potentialLeadership development and advancement opportunitiesStructured systems and supportA performance-driven, team-oriented work cultureExtensive Food Knowledge, and abilityto remeber and recall ingredients and dishes to make. * Great Leadership Skills * Familiarity with restaurants management software * Demonstrated ability to coordinate a stafff
