FCCI has a reputation for excellence in products, services and employees – and it’s a great place to workWe are seeking an experienced Network Technician to provide desktop, application, hardware/software, and network support to internal customers via our service desk. The selected candidate will provide phone support for Tier and Tier issues to a large population of local and remote system users. Our Network Tech will also install hardware/software, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues at the desktop, and provide training to end users when necessary. The position also includes duties such as employee moves, telecommuter home office setups, maintaining and updating documentation, inventory and asset management, and overseeing outside technician repairs. This position is located in our Southwest Regional Office, in Richardson, TX and will be hybrid ( days in office/ day remote).
