Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate machining. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and enhance product quality. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Swiss Machinist or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC programming and G-code. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and safety.
