We’re seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead complex design projects from concept through completion. This is a key leadership position combining hands-on design involvement with full project management responsibilities. The right candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and strong coordination skills to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary up to $120,000, commensurate with experience • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) • Paid time off and holidays • Long-term professional growth potential Key Responsibilities: • Lead all phases of design and documentation on commercial projects • Manage client communication, project schedules, budgets, and team deliverables • Oversee Revit production and maintain firm-wide technical standards • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors • Mentor junior staff and contribute to design reviews and QA/QC processes • Support firm leadership with project strategy and client development Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture • Strong proficiency in Revit (required) • 7+ years of professional experience managing commercial projects • Demonstrated ability to balance design leadership with project management and client communication • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills • Architectural license preferred but not required
