Our brands include Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.  Your Role  As a licensed Esthetician you will provide health and beauty treatments using specialized skincare techniques and utilizing products throughout the Beauty Department. You will promote the Store's spa services, booking and managing of all spa's, performing spa services. You will work on-site in your assigned store and will report to the Beauty Department Manager.  What You'll Do  Consult with clients to evaluate skin conditions and make initial recommendations for skin treatments and solutions Perform various routine skincare treatments including dermabrasion and facial cleansing Teach clients to clean and care for their skin; recommend skincare and cosmetics products throughout the Beauty Department to clients Maintain a clean and sterile work area; ensure that tools are also kept clean and sterile Maintain accurate clientele information, records of treatments, monitors and documents clients progress and spa appointments Maintain current knowledge of new skincare treatments, developments, products, and trends  What You Bring  Knowledge of skincare treatments, skin conditions and Beauty Department products Ability to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekend and evening shifts Ability to consult with clients to determine best method of treatment Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for prolonged periods  State esthetician/cosmetology license required Previous sales experience is a plus  Qualifications Primary Location :United States of America-Florida-HILLSBOROUGH-Tampa-Tampa Bay Store Job :Retail Store Sales Job Posting :May 2, , 6:09:27 PM Overtime Status :Non-exempt
