As one of the nation's largest companies, we stand out by preserving a close-knit family feel. WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS Field time typically runs from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. There may be occasional Saturday work. You handle an average of around 8 stops per day-no nights required As an entry-level Sentricon Pest Tech at Arrow Exterminators, you play a vital role in creating lifelong client relationships. Your calm, helpful demeanor puts our customers at ease as you devise and describe personalized solutions. You'll service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations, identify installed stations, inspect and record bait station condition and termite activity, repair or replace damaged components, and document findings. Acting as the face of our company, you'll engage with customers, schedule appointments, and ensure their homes remain pest-free. Every interaction contributes to maintaining pest-free homes and building lasting relationships. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? High school diploma or work experience Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams Ability to work 40+ hours per week Valid driver's license and a good driving record No pest control experience is necessary We'll train the right person for this entry-level role If you're ready to build a fulfilling pest control career, apply today to become our Sentricon Pest Tech.
