We have an opening for a Chicken Salad Chick Shift Lead position. If you are energetic, friendly, have attention to detail and love to serve others, this job is for you The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Please only apply if you are available to work these hours. We are closed on Sundays and have NO fryers or hot grills. Working at Chicken Salad Chick is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to gain valuable skills and life experience that goes beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment.Requirements:You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is requiredBe authorized to work in the United StatesBe at least 18 years oldMust have a High School diploma or equivalentBe available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requestsHave at least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou must be able to lift 40 pounds.Responsibilities:Serving guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, making drinks and desserts by offering an immediate and respectful response to all guest's needs.Learning all positions of the restaurant and be able to execute and train others in those positionsHandle daily cash and create reports and depositsDelivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick up area, and providing excellent customer service at all times.Maintain cleanliness of your work area and the dining room, parking lot, and restroomsEffectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.Work closely with the General Manager Create and submit produce orders and truck ordersCoaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.Maintain food safety and cleanliness standardsOpen and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holderOther duties as needed and as directed by the General ManagerBenefits:A fun work environment where you can positively influence others.Flexible schedules (closed on Sundays.)Learn first-hand from an experienced Owner/Operator and GM that care about you personally and are actively involved in the community.Leadership opportunities to gain real-world management experience to help you reach your professional goals.Competitive pay.Free Meal on day of shiftsGreat co-workersNo late nightsTeladoc physician visits at no charge to you.The unique guest experience you’ll find at Chicken Salad Chick doesn’t happen on its own.
