This role is all about relationships—building them, nurturing them, and helping the right people find their place here. You’ll manage the full recruiting process across departments, functions, and experience levels, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through each step with care. You’ll be an integral member of the People team, contributing ideas, shaping our recruiting approach, and helping new teammates get started smoothly.We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious about people, organized without being rigid, and comfortable balancing structure with creativity. Job ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing candidate communicationsBuild a strong understanding of how each department operates, especially how the appraisal team’s work shapes the roles you’re hiring forKeep ATS organized and ensure candidates move smoothly through each stageIdentify and connect with strong candidates through proactive outreach and thoughtful sourcing strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with potential candidates, universities, and professional organizationsRepresent Bowery at industry events and strengthen our reputation as a great place to workPartner with hiring managers to define needs, align on expectations, and create consistent, inclusive hiring experiencesSupport data tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes with the Director of PeopleContribute ideas and feedback to help us keep improving how we recruit, communicate, and build relationships with candidates.Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsProficiency in G-Suite, Adobe, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and other organizational toolsComfortable using Rippling or similar ATS platformsCreative problem-solving skills to address challenges with innovative solutionsStrong verbal and written communication capabilitiesSelf-motivated with a strong commitment to completing tasks efficiently and effectivelyStrong communication and organization skillsA collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping people succeedAbility to manage multiple searches at once and adapt quickly when priorities shiftCuriosity about real estate, technology, or data-driven work is a plusPerks & Benefits Unlimited VacationYearly Learning & Development stipendMedical and dental employer-supported coverageAccess to additional group rate insurance options including Life, STD, LTD, and AccidentCommuter benefitsCompany eventsStock options401kParental LeaveThe pay range for this role is:70,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Remote)PI1f7ae1cc11d2-30511-39201020
