See a brief overview here: bit.ly/abvalues.We expect applicants to:Perform work efficiently and precisely, keeping mistakes and comebacks to an absolute minimum.Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to support our team.Diagnose malfunction lights, leaks, noises, electrical issues, and other problems identified by customers.Thoroughly inspect each vehicle looking out for safety or preventable issues that might impact our customers.Complete work self sufficiently.Required Job Skills:Solid foundational skills in automotive service and repair.Organization & cleanliness - this is not a dirty shopStrong communication between team members.Time management to handle busy work days.Compensation Details:Commission & bonus structure based on performance.Store discounts.Benefits waiting period may apply; benefits are available to full-time employees only.Probationary Period:At A&B, we understand it's hard to know what it might be like to work for a new company. That's why we always hire applicants with a 60 day probationary period.
