You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, create a roadmap, and execute on it to ensure the success of our games in a live environment. If you are passionate about gaming and have a strong blend of technical and business skills, we want you to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier gaming experiences.The DailyProduct Strategy: Collaborate with senior product management and stakeholders to define the long-term product vision and strategy for AAA titles.Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives, considering market trends, player feedback, and competitive analysis.Feature Definition: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and QA, to define and prioritize features and improvements for the AAA titles.Live Operations: Oversee live operations, including in-game events, updates, and patches, to ensure a positive player experience and drive engagement and monetization.Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and player feedback to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and optimize game performance and monetization strategies.Monetization Strategy: Develop and execute monetization strategies, including in-game purchases and virtual economies, while maintaining a fair and enjoyable player experience.Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our titles remain competitive and innovative.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, community management, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and deliver on project goals.Player Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the player community, gather feedback, and address concerns to enhance player satisfaction and retention.The EssentialsBachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, game design) or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry.Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming market, trends, and player preferences.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
