Licensed Mental Health CounselorType: Full-TimeHours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMCompensation: $115,000–$120,000 per yearRole OverviewWe’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a telehealth team serving adults and adolescents throughout Washington. This role is centered around direct client care: structured assessments, weekly therapy sessions, and regular progress reviews with a focus on meaningful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a steady caseload of telehealth clients.Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews.Build collaborative treatment plans and adjust them as needs change.Provide short-term and longer-term therapy using evidence-based approaches.Monitor risk and follow established safety protocols when necessary.Document all services in the EHR clearly and on time.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.Active Washington license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.1–2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services.Comfortable working remotely and using telehealth technology and EHR systems.Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).BenefitsAnnual salary range: $115,000–$120,000.Full-time weekday schedule.2 weeks paid time off.Health insurance.401(k) plan with 3% company match.If this sounds aligned with the way you like to practice, submit your CV with us today so we can connect and talk through the role in more detail.
