What you'll be doing • Developing and implementing complex business Privacy policies and procedures.• Promoting awareness of the organization's business ethics /AML/Fraud/Privacy/Complaint policies.• Serving as a business ethic /AML/Fraud/Privacy/Complaint resource.• Overseeing and monitoring the organization's more complex standards of conduct and relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, employees and/or the communities for which business is conducted.• Investigating complex allegations of unethical/AML/Fraud/Privacy/Complaint activity, and develops safeguards to eliminate future breaches of the organization's ethics policies.• Researching analyzing more complex business ethic allegations and/or complaints.• Drafting more complex responses to different types of allegations and/or complaints based on a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the substantive issues presented.• Responding & resolving more complex complaints within established timeframes; ensuring actions taken in resolving complaints are sound; & that the resolution is fair, consistent & equitable & takes into account all of the circumstances in the situation.• Preparing and maintaining more complex supporting documentation.• Communicating increasingly complex Privacy issues/concerns/complaints to managements needed.• Complying with departmental and regulatory guidelines relating to timeliness, fairness, record-keeping laws and regulations, documentation, and reporting. What we’re looking for Must-Haves: • 3-5+ Years experience in compliance or privacy directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Effective verbal and written communication skills• Ability to influence management/critical stakeholders• Analytical skills and close attention to detail is necessary• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment Application Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted through December, 31, 2025, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
