Veterinary Client Service Representative

Description Manchester Veterinary Clinic is hiring for a part-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our amazing teamOur Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate would act as a role model in demonstrating our values. They would collaborate with the practice manager, medical director, associate veterinarians, and/or other supervisors to foster teamwork and facilitate a productive, professional working environment. This is a part-time position.Role Responsibilities:Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.Answer multi-line phone systemCommunicate clearly and compassionately with clientsSchedule appointmentsProcess payments, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions accuratelyEnsure the lobby is clean and organizedEducate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet healthDemonstrate compassion and professionalism in every client interaction, reinforcing trust and the human-animal bondExperience & Skills Requirements:Previous experience in a veterinary. Medical, or customer service setting preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfort using computers and veterinary softwareCompassionate and professional demeanor with clients and petsDependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamAbility to remain calm and courteous under pressureHigh school diploma or equivalent, AAS or higher preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, standing, and walking throughout the day.Must be comfortable working in an environment with animals of all sizes, including exposure to noise, odors, and pet danderCompensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a rate ranging from $17-$19/hr.
