By the Sea Resorts is seeking experienced housemen for our portfolio of properties.The Houseman is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's guest rooms and public areas.They perform a variety of tasks, including moving furniture, making minor repairs, and assisting housekeepers with cleaning and maintenance tasks.The Houseman must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and they must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
