We’re searching for a Field Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for cutting-edge display systems in Las Vegas. This position is onsite and pays $50,000 to $60,000 per year. ResponsibilitiesDeliver technical support for LED monitors, touchscreens, and embedded systems.Diagnose and resolve hardware and firmware issues onsite and remotely.Communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and product performance.Assist with product validation and feedback for new product introductions.Maintain accurate service logs and technical documentation.Train customer technicians and internal teams on best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fieldStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyWillingness to travel to customer sitesBasic understanding of display monitor architectureExperience with installation or troubleshooting of electronic devicesBilingual proficiency with English and Korean is preferred but not required.
