Duties include but are not limited to ensuring buildings are secured and safe, making themselves available to the students, faculty and the staff for assistance and assisting in emergency situations on campus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFoot, bicycle and motor patrol. Responding to medical and other emergences.Report writing. Operate and maintain the command center (building alarm systems, fire safety and closed circuit televisions systems).REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GEDMore than 8 years of work related experience Licensed pursuant to the New York State Security Guard Act of 1992Certified in first aid, CPR/AED/NarcanValid New York State Driver's License Microsoft Office (Outlook)RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACTDaily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.SALARY INFORMATIONWhen determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity.
