Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full time Automotive Reconditioning Technician to handle buffing, wet sanding, interior reconditioning, and general vehicle appearance work.This role is ideal for someone who knows how to restore vehicles to a clean, retail ready condition and maintains high standards for detail, speed, and accuracy.Flood Ford offers a strong work environment, top pay, and consistent workflow.
