After giving it all, you'll return home knowing that you've played your part in creating a truly unforgettable moment.Location: We are seeking Part Time/Seasonal Hospitality Cashier's - Quick Serve for the Zoom Flume Water Park in East Durham, NY.Zoom Flume is a water park in East Durham, New York. Zoom Flume is named after Zoom Flume, the first ride built there. Zoom Flume consists of nine slides, five play areas, and three restaurants. Zoom Flume is opened to public from The end of June through Labor Day.Essential Responsibilities: Greet each guest who enters the bar area; taking beverage orders directly from guests and/or serversParticipate and foster positive team relations with fellow bartenders, barbacks and bar managementDemonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, menus and promotionsProvide outstanding service to all guests of the venue. Qualifications & Requirements:Age 21 or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentTIPS or TEAM trained or equivalentBasic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipesAbility to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environmentMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.Other Requirements:Stand and exert mobility in tight spacesMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.Able to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently.Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.Thank you for expressing interest in employment with Sodexo Live.
