Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience as a maintenance technician and/or mechanically inclined Some knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
