With 5+ years of experience in paid media (Google Ads and Meta Ads are practically your best friends), you've mastered the art of orchestrating complex, multi-channel campaigns-bonus points if you've worked with DMOs (Destination Marketing Organizations). You're the type of person who can look at a client's goals and instantly envision how to translate them into a killer media strategy. And when the market shifts or budgets evolve? No sweat-you adapt with ease.Leadership is in your DNA. You've led teams, mentored colleagues, and maybe even inspired a happy dance or two after a successful campaign. Analyzing data, presenting insights, and delivering top-notch performance reports are all in a day's work for you. Plus, you have a knack for turning those reports into actionable strategies that keep clients and colleagues alike wowed.Above all, you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity, innovation, and a passion for the travel industry collide.About This JobAs our Associate Paid Media Director, you'll step into a key leadership role on one of our regional agile teams, working hand-in-hand with Destination Marketing Organizations to craft and execute high-performing media strategies. You'll oversee everything from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and performance analysis-keeping our paid media campaigns ahead of the curve.Here's what you'll be doing:Lead the way: Steer your regional agile team in developing and executing integrated media strategies tailored to our travel industry clients.Campaign whisperer: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Platform powerhouse: You know your way around every media platform like a pro, from Meta and Google to CTV, and beyond. You're the go-to for troubleshooting, optimizing on the fly, and showing junior teammates the ropes.Trend tracker: Stay sharp on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to every strategy you touch.Collaborator-in-chief: Partner with the Senior Media Director to scale strategies, budgets, current campaigns and brainstorm for creative media ideas for pitches. Insight guru: Dive deep into campaign data, uncover performance stories, and translate insights into smart optimizations and forward-thinking recommendations.Team builder: Mentor and empower your team to grow their expertise, experiment with new ideas, and stay ahead of the curve in an ever-changing media world.This is a chance to combine your love for media strategy with your passion for the travel industry.
