Job Description:You must be able to begin employment on 23 March 2026. Perkins Coie’s London office has a partnership with Zero Gravity. If you are a Zero Gravity member, please disclose the membership in your application.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for miscellaneous tasks and special projects using a variety of software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Documents could include spreadsheets, charts, graphics, presentations, forms, PDF conversions/signature packets, and closing sets.Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency according to firm standards.Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents to support transactional preparation.Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency while proofreading documents according to the Business practice group’s proofreading guidelines.Create marketing pitch materials.Create social media and online marketing materials.Contribute to the expansion and development of the London office through various finance and business-related tasks.SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIREDProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.Attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, proofreading, and quality-control skills.Strong work ethic and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel and manage confidential information sensitively and discreetly.SPECIFIC SKILLS PREFERREDA strong interest in the legal or business industry is preferred, including an understanding of corporate and transactional terminology and processes and financial information.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Achieved a 2.1 at degree level (any discipline).Has obtained AAB at A-Level or equivalent.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTUK work authorization required.On-site presence at our London office required; remote work is not an option for this position.APPLICATION DEADLINE AND REQUIREMENTSApplications will be accepted until 2 January 2026.CVCover letter including your response to the following questions:What attracts you to the Legal Business Analyst program?What is a recent story in the news that could have an impact on a Perkins Coie client, and what could that effect be?
