Job Summary The QA Technician performs various tests on raw materials and various process confirmations and audits. The QA Technician may assist in employee training to Standards. Job Responsibilities Performs various raw material tests to confirm compliance to Material and Industry Standards, for example but not limited to: Gel Test(s), Viscosity Test(s), and Density Test(s) – Production & Receiving Performs various forms of compression testing and load testing Performs torque testing and insert shear testing on FG Test Parts Performs layout inspection of products, measuring dimensions – FAIR / PPAP Performs various process confirmations and audits, such as receiving and production process, etc Scrap Reporting and Tracking – KPI board Testing as required in support of UL testing May assist in employee training to Standards Follow All Safety, Environmental, and Quality Policies and Guidelines Actively Participate in Company’s Continuous Improvement Programs Ability to read and interpret part numbers and engineering prints Identify safety hazards in the work area Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements High School or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment, or quality background At least 3 years of quality experience Strong attention to detail and good communication skills Computer (Microsoft Office) and math skills  Good time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the day What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion
