Visit us at www.ecshvac.com Key ResponsibilitiesOversee HVAC projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring execution aligns with project scope, budget, and timeline.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal departments for seamless project delivery.Prepare and manage detailed schedules, work plans, procurement logs, and submittal tracking.Review mechanical drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.Lead procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.Monitor project milestones and financials, including forecasting, billing, and change management.Conduct regular site visits, status meetings, and progress reports.Enforce ECS safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all job sites.Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. QualificationsMinimum 5 years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical contracting.Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and piping systems.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).Proficient with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or comparable project management tools.Ability to interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
