Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Compliance & Regulatory Engineer located in Henrico, VA.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering the Compliance & Regulatory Engineer Provide Compliance and Regulatory support to the Design and development of components, products, equipment and systems.

What a typical day looks like:

Within their field of expertise, (e.g. EMC, Safety, Thermal) provide discipline specific inputs to system architecture.Ensure system compliance with budgets, standards and regulations.Provide reviews to the product design engineer to ensure Design for Compliance.Oversee product verification and characterization.Provide inputs to regulatory certification, standards compliance, product performance verification and reliability testing.Support the Quality Manager in preparation for and execution of audits.

The experience we're looking to add to our team,

Typically requires a BS degree in related field with some related experience or equivalent experience.Typically requires 6 years of related experience.Previous experience with the following UL standards: 891, 1558, 857, 1008.
