  Interior Design Director | Model Home Interior Design | Denver, CO Hybrid Working Style: 3 days in office/2 days remotely - Ability to travel to job sites/support the team This is an exciting opportunity for an Interior Design Director who wants to join an excellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees The Model Home Design Director oversees designated Project Teams in the Model Home Department to ensure optimal success by serving as the catalyst for producing Model Home projects that promote outstanding and high-quality design within the industry. As a Design Director, they are the Account Manager and responsible for specific Client Accounts to ensure consistency in communication and deliverables to optimize the overall client experience. They will be responsible for oversight and management of the Project Leads; and will be responsible for collaborating with Design Directors and Senior Director of Design Studio Management for project and team resource allocation. Key Impact Areas Client Account Management & Relationship Building Project Oversight Creative Director & Vision Quality Assurance Team Leadership & Development Market Research & Trends Qualifications Interior Design Degree 8-10+ years in Design Industry, Model Home experience preferred Design and technical capabilities to develop and support creative solutions for the industry Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills Ability to inspire employees to live up to their potential and optimize their productivity Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate among a wide variety of audiences Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, an work in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable working in groups and participating in cross-functional teams towards a common goal Required travel as necessary Compensation and Benefits Competitive Annual Salary + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits Package Excellent company culture and work/life balance - dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for all employees, including a wellness week for employees.
