The Phoenix Recovery Center is looking to hire Full Time residential support staff members to join our team at our our Residential inpatient treatment facility. Support staff are to help maintain a safe and healing environment for Individuals who come to us with their treatment needs. To help maintain clear boundaries and support when needed for the resident to perform at a maximum level. Competency & QualificationsNo prior experience in the industry necessaryCommunication skills- ability to understand that the important aspect of communication is listening and actively works to improve those skills. Orally be able to speak with confidence using clear, and concise sentences and is easily understood.Have a valid Driver's License for transporting clientsHave the ability to distribute medication according to policyHave the ability to show up on time for work and all meetings and activities that are associated with workMust be able to pass a background screening with the Department of Human Services.Responsibilities & DutiesOversee and manage the day to day functionality of the programProvide proper medication managementSupport resident visitationsAddress behavior management situation with residentsPerform designated auditsEnsure facility safety and cleanlinessIf needed transport clients to appointments/meetingsBenefitsFull Time staff receive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits- 75% employer contributions for employees and dependents 401K ContributionGym & Pickle-ball court on site for staff usePTO available after 90 days of employmentShifts AvailableWeekday Swing shifts- 1:00pm- 11:00pmSome available weekend shifts 7:00am- 5:00pmMust be flexibleE04JI8006gcd407anno
