You'll draft legal documents such as declarations, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for hearing preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible. As a remote family law paralegal at our firm, you’ll work with legal mentors who have decades of experience helping clients negotiate difficult divorce challenges, while also playing a leadership role on a team committed to helping families achieve faster results by resolving legal issues with less conflict and less litigation. Clients want to negotiate healthier co-parenting arrangements for their families and hire us because they don’t want to go to court.
