To learn more about Ridgeview Institute, please visit: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist The Receptionist exhibits the highest level of customer service while performing a variety of clerical duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting and assisting visitors, answering calls, documenting incoming deliveries and providing clerical support as requested. Must display a professional, outgoing, warm, and helpful attitude. Must be detail oriented, able to multitask and possess the tact to deal with patients, guests, co-workers, and physicians. Qualifications Education : Associates Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum Five (5) years front office experience on a multi-line telephone system in a fast-paced hospital environment (Preferred) or any combination of education, training, or experience. Additional Requirements: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) Will be required to work flexible hours, including weekends.
