NewAldaya Lifescapes - Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Fund Development to lead our fundraising initiatives and cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, and stakeholders. This role is vital to advancing our mission and ensuring long-term sustainability through philanthropic support. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.• Lead annual giving campaigns, major gift initiatives, planned giving, and special events.• Research, write, and submit grant proposals to secure funding from foundations and government sources.• Collaborate with leadership to identify funding priorities and opportunities.• Manage donor database and reporting systems to track engagement and outcomes.• Represent NewAldaya Lifescapes at community events and networking opportunities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations.• Proven success in securing major gifts and managing campaigns.• Demonstrated experience in grant writing and securing grant funding.• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.• Passion for serving older adults and supporting nonprofit missions.
