Commission rates range from $40 - $74 per session based on experience and certifications. New trainers have the opportunity to earn bonuses ($500-$1000/month) in their first 3 months. New Trainer Schedule & Responsibilities (First 60-90 Days):Choose 5+ shifts/week (6 hours each) including at least one weekend shift.Responsibilities: Manage the InBody machine, Fitness Desk, etc. Oversee the fitness floor  Greet members - get to know our members Perform outreach (email/calls) - building your book of business is a major part of this job. Use sales techniques to show your expertise and value as a top notch trainer  Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in exercise physiology or related field Certification: Nationally accredited Personal Training certification Experience: 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience Expertise: Must be or have been a Master and/or Elite level trainer Safety: CPR and AED certification What You’ll Do: Build Your Business: Grow your client base through prospecting (calls, emails, social media). Manage Your Schedule: Organize weekly appointments. Commitment: Full-time (30 hours/week, including weekends). Drive Results: Help meet individual and department goals. Enhance the Environment: Keep the fitness floor clean and safe. Engage New Members: Create personalized workout plans. Be a Fitness Resource: Assist members on the fitness floor with exercises. Promote FFC Programs: Match members to relevant programs. Deliver Quality Training: Help clients achieve fitness goals. Stay Sharp: Keep certifications up-to-date. Community Involvement: Volunteer for special events. Organize Client Files: Maintain detailed records.
